Secure Choice Lending Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Secure Choice Lending websites, services, platforms, tools, CRM systems, AI systems, marketing platforms, and related applications. A product name change does not expand an existing license, communication consent, or workflow authorization.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

AI Tools and Automated Systems

SCL uses AI-powered tools for communications, marketing, and lending support. Approved communication workflows may operate without individual human review; qualified, authorized personnel must review AI lending analyses before relying on them for lending decisions. Automated systems do not independently make final credit determinations.

Listing Media and Automation

Listing-media use requires appropriate permissions. Publication and distribution require separate authorization; accepting the general Terms alone does not enable either action.

Dispute Resolution

Where permitted by law, the Terms provide for binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, with an opt-out right within 30 days of first acceptance. Exceptions preserve covered mortgage and other nonwaivable rights.
