Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

AI Tools and Automated Systems

SCL uses AI-powered tools and automated systems for communications, marketing, and lending support. AI outputs are reviewed by qualified personnel and do not constitute final lending decisions.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
